Our story
Cromwell Workforce Agency Ltd was founded by Rahma Abukar, a Biomedical Science graduate with experience in community leadership, professional support work, wellbeing delivery and project coordination.
Why the company exists
The company was created after seeing two connected needs: organisations needed reliable, accountable service providers, while many capable people needed a fair opportunity to use their skills, rebuild confidence and earn an income.
